Synopsis of Incident:

While utilizing student only computer, identified person (non-student) violated the computer rules for the Knowledge Commons, by attempting to download unauthorized software/program to college computer. Additionally, this identified person was logged in as a student, who failed to log off the computer after their use. Person left the college.

Synopsis of Incident:

While student was operating her vehicle and entering the parking lot (via northeast entry), identified person driving south on Sixth Street struck student's vehicle, passenger's side. No injury was sustained, vehicle damage was minor. Police were summoned but did not respond. Student will have information updated after reporting to the Phoenix Police Department.
