Theft - Personal Item
While student was attending class, unknown person took without permission, the student's T-Mobile-My Touch cellular phone, with broken/cracked screen. The cellular phone had a black and green sticker on the back. Student stated he will report incident to Surprise Police Department.

Disorderly Students
While outside and during class break, two students engaged in political and religious conversation. Students disagreed with the others viewpoint, and argument ensued. College Public Safety arrived and defused the situation. Director of location met with students. Issue resolved, students warned of their conduct.

While walking inside of the Tower lobby, employee tripped over the cane of a volunteer. Employee injured left shin area and possible re-injured his right shoulder. employee did not seek medical treatment.
