Synopsis of Incident
Vehicle Accident - Seventh Avenue Adult Learning Center
While student was backing his vehicle from the parking space, student's vehicle unintentionally struck another vehicle. Owner of the struck vehicle reported to the location. Both parties exchanged their personal information, refusing to have the local police to respond. No police summoned to location.
