Synopsis of Incident
Medical-Employee
Known employee injured himself, while performing his tasks. Known employee unintentionally cut his left index finger on the tomato slicer. Employee became unconscious at the sight of his blood. Tempe Fire Department (paramedics) responded. Employee refused medical treatment. Paramedics advised employee, if the need to return.
