Synopsis of Incident
Person entered the Bookstore requesting a full refund of several textbooks. Person could not provide a receipt of purchase. When the person was informed that the refund would not be honored, person became loud and disruptive. College Public Safety was summoned. The person had left the Bookstore with his text books.
