Synopsis of Incident
Student became upset with employee, when a photograph was taken without the student's permission. Student became verbally confrontational, demanding the photo to be deleted.. Student visually upset, left the building and summoned the police. After talking with College Public Safety Officer, student cancelled the 9-1-1 request and left the location.
