While conducting the early morning assessment of the exterior of the building, College Public Safety member observed on the southeast wall, what appears to be fecal matter. Police summoned. This is an on-going problem being reported to the Avondale Police Department. The report was entered in the avondale.org reporting system. Waiting for the report number to be assigned.
