Synopsis of Incident
Unidentified persons (2-males) drove onto the parking lot, intentionally damaged the driver window of a parked vehicle (Saturd/Vue/Blue). Stolen from within the student's vehicle was a portable Global Positioning System (GPS). Student refused to file a police report, after the police was summoned to the location.
