Synopsis of Incident
Unknown person entered the private dining area. While inside of the area,
unknown person entered an area specifically designated for Cafe employees.
Unknown person began utilizing their laptop computer. When requested to leave
the area, unknown person began to boldly and agressively beg for money.
Unknonwn person fled the area.
