Synopsis of Incident:
During a meeting employee began experiencing chest
pains, clutching his chest and breathing very hard. Surprise Fire Department
and Sun City Southwest ambulance responded, provided medical attention.
Employee refused hospital conveyance. Employee was driven home by
sister-in-law.
