Synopsis:
Unidentified individual locked himself inside of the family restroom at the location. After considerable time, a check revealed unidentified individual was not leaving the family restroom. Phoenix Police Department was summoned to location. Phoenix Police gave verbal warning not to return to location for reasons other than the purpose of the college. Both police and unidentified individual left the location.
