Unknown individual had pet (animal-dog) on college property. Unknown individual failed to remove debris from property, after being advised. Unknown individual and Public Safety had brief conversation, police were summoned. Tempe Police responded and advised. Unknown individual and pet left the college property. Homeless situation.
