Synopsis of Incident
In the past known student made several advances towards an employee. Employee refused all personal advances from the student. The student attempted to touch the hand of the employee, as the employee was moving away, her fingernail scratched the student's hand. Employee admonished the student. The student left the building and the property of the college.
