Synopsis of Incident
Known vehicle attempted to park in the lower level of the parking structure. While doing so, the vehicle struck a parked vehicle. The driver of the vehicle (Dodge Charger) fled from the area. Police were summoned, regarding Hit & Run with vehicle damage, no injuries.
