Synopsis of Incident
Employee tripped over the two known duffle bags, which were located in the aisle of her work station. Employee fell to the floor, injured her right knee and left hand. Employee requested medical assistance. Employee received an ice pack for her right knee prior to being conveyed by co-worker to the medical facility.
