Synopsis of Incident
After being previously advised of the Tobacco Free Policy of the District, known student intentionally smoked a cigarette while on the property. After being warned again, the student retreated to his personal veyicle. While inside of his personal vehicle, the sstudent was observed smoking a cigarette. Student was advised, again.
