Synopsis of Incident:
While conducting foot patrol, a strong petroleum odor was coming from the
Dental Clinic. Maintenance & Operations conducted a check of the area,
confirming a strong unpleasant and possibly dangerous odor. During the
assessment to determine the cause and origin, the smell began to dissipate.
Maintenance & Operations concluded that it was old gasoline from a lawn
mower. No further action taken.
