Synopsis of Incident:
Two males entered the dumpster, which was filled with scrapping of the
remodeling of the Dental Clinic. While the two males were inside of the
dumpster, they removed the scrapping, placing same inside of their Ford F-150
pickup-gray. They fled the location.
