Synopsis of Incident:
While employee was meeting with others, employee experienced a medical
emergency by shaking and falling from the chair to the floor. 9-1-1 was
summoned, Phoenix Fire Department and Southwest Ambulance responded. Employee's
family member reported to the location, conveying the employee home.
