Synopsis of Incident:
A phoenix police detective requested video footage from the Rio-Downtown location. An assault had occurred on the public street on 6th avenue adjacent to the Rio-Downtown location. The detective wanted to see footage from Rio-Downtown cameras that may have recorded the assault. Video recordings that showed the assault were copied and will be delivered to the Phoenix Police Department.
