Synopsis:
The known student's vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of the college property. The known student was unable to account for the vehicle key sets. There were no damaged evidence to where the vehicle was parked (i.e broken glass). A short time later revealed the wife of the student had reported to the college and took the vehicle without permission.
