Synopsis:
Known person was exiting the elevator, at which time known person tripped over her personal property (school bag) and fell to the floor, striking her head on the floor. Phoenix Fire Department was summoned to the location. Phoenix Fire Department provided medical attention. Known person was instructed to follow up with further medical care.
