Synopsis of Incident
Known student, while inside of the Library, removed an alcoholic beverage from his backpack. While seated at the far workstation (#5), known student possible was consuming the alcoholic beverage while on the college property. Known student left the empty bottle of alcoholic beverage at the work station.
