Synopsis of Incident
While providing a service for the college, as a vendor, employees of the sub-contractor, intentionally refused to follow the rules and regulations of the MCCCD and Rio Salado College, by smoking on the college property. One of the two sub-contractored employees, had been warned within the last 3 months. The general contractor and Maintenance & Operations were informed.
