Synopsis of Incident
While employee was walking on the southwest walkway to the Tower Building, employee stepped on a slick area of the ground (possibly ice cream). Employee lost her footing and fell to the ground. Employee sustained ligh abrasion and brusing on her left knee. Employee refused medical attention.
