Synopsis of Incident
Medical-Fall
While employee was performing their landscaping tasks, the employee began to walk backwards while operating the power blower, the employee tripped and fell backwards, to the ground. Employee refused medical attention, stating that she did not injure herself.
Reason for the fall: shoelace got hooked on a shrubbery branch, causing her to lose her balance and fall. The fall was witnessed by two college employees.

Criminal Damage - Avondale
While College Public Safety was assessing the building during the early morning hours. The glass on the right side of the north entrance was discovered shattered. Police was summoned. Report #11-37425.
