While unknown student was inside of the Bookstore, she removed several textbooks from the shelves. Unknown student was observed by employee. Unknown student reported to the counter of the bookstore and requested to "sell the book" back. At this time, the manager granted the "Book Buy Back." Student left the building.

Synopsis of Incident

While known student was in the Tower Building lobby, he became very loud and disorderly, yelling his dislike for employees of the college.  Known student entered the computer lab.  while inside of the computer lab, the known student became loud and disorderly.  Studen was escorted off of the college property.

Synopsis of Incident:

Two males entered the dumpster, which was filled with scrapping of the remodeling of the Dental Clinic. While the two males were inside of the dumpster, they removed the scrapping, placing same inside of their Ford F-150 pickup-gray. They fled the location.

Synopsis of Incident:

While conducting foot patrol, a strong petroleum odor was coming from the Dental Clinic. Maintenance & Operations conducted a check of the area, confirming a strong unpleasant and possibly dangerous odor. During the assessment to determine the cause and origin, the smell began to dissipate. Maintenance & Operations concluded that it was old gasoline from a lawn mower. No further action taken.

Student reported that he stored and locked his bicycle on the college bike rack. At the conclusion of his classes, student returned to the bike rack, discovered his bike had been stolen. The bike is described as a Boy's GMC 5 speed, black in color. Student refused to notify the police.

Synopsis of Incident:

Vendor entered location and discovered a major water leak. The water leak was inside of the women's restroom. Tempe Police was summoned, who summoned the city water department. The water was shut off at the meter. Public Safety and Maintenance was notified. Maintenance & Operations responded.
