Unknown individual(s)  damaged the window screen of the garden shed at the Tempe location. Maintenance and Operations was notified and made repairs. On Wednesday, May 29, items from the garden shed were found outside the garden area fence by the gardener. Items were returned to the garden shed.

Synopsis of Incident:

A reverse 911 call was received at the Avondale location concerning two lost children. The public Safety Aide on duty noticed and identified the children, unharmed, at the Avondale location and notified Avondale Police. The children were subsequently escorted home by police without incident.

Synopsis of Incident

While employee was walking in the hallway, outside of her department (Instructional Helpdesk), her shoe caught (stuck) in the carpet, causing her to trip and fall to the floor. Employee suffered injury to her left knee. Employee sought medical treatment by reporting to Concentra Medical Center.

While backing out of the parking space, student unintentionally backed her vehicle into another vehicle, causing minor damage vehicle accident. While walking towards the front entry door of the Hohokam Building, known person unintentionally tripped and fell to the ground. The person's shoe heel (2 inches) caught into the cuff of her pant leg, causing her to fall to the ground, injuring her right knee. Person refused medical attention.
