While inside of classroom 1013, known student suffered a medical emergency. Surprise Fire Department was summoned. Southwest Ambulance responded also. Known student was provided with medical attention by responding agencies. Known student was not transported to a medical facility.

Known student became loud, argumentative, and disruptive of the educational institution after being refused a refund. Known student was instructed to follow the instructions provided. Public Safety responded and defused the situation. After conversation, the known student refused to leave the property. Phoenix Police was summoned. Known student left the property during the time the Phoenix Police was on scene.
