Synopsis
Known student became loud, argumentative, and disruptive of the educational institution after being refused a refund. Known student was instructed to follow the instructions provided. Public Safety responded and defused the situation. After conversation, the known student refused to leave the property. Phoenix Police was summoned. Known student left the property during the time the Phoenix Police was on scene.
