Synopsis:
While attempting to operate a motorized moped, employee lost control of it. During the loss of control, employee unintentionally drove through the parking stall, fell over the handlebars and injured himself. Phoenix Fire Department was summoned to the location. Employee was transported to Banner Health Good Samaritan Hospital.
