Known student was performing task while inside of the Dental Clinic. While performing the student related task, unknown object flew into the eye of the student, causing injury. After rinsing the eye out at the eye wash station, the unknown object left the eye. Known student reported that she was okay. No further medical attention needed.

Known person was exiting the elevator, at which time known person tripped over her personal property (school bag) and fell to the floor, striking her head on the floor. Unidentified male and female entered the Follett Bookstore. While inside of the bookstore, the unidentified female concealed two textbooks under her clothing, walked past the cash register without paying for concealed items. The unidentified male remained at the front counter to distract the employees, while the unidentified female removed the textbooks from the shelves and concealed items under her clothing. Both unidentified individuals fled the location on foot.
