At the start of the class semester, known students (8) accepted the college property, to utilize for coursework only. It was understood and written agreement that the property shall be returned. At the end of the class semester the known 8 students failed to return the college property. The known students converted the college property to their personal use.

While students were waiting to meet with the Financial Aid technician, the next student in line was unattentive that it was his turn to meet with the technician. The other student tapped the unattentative student, that it was his turn to meet with the technician. At this point the unattentive student became upset and confronted the student for touching him. An argument ensued, resulting in the unattentative upset student to leave the building.
