While inside of his personal vehicle, unknown person (husband of student) was smoking unknown substance, possible marijuana. College Public Safety Officer approached the vehicle. The unknown student entered the vehicle. The vehicle immediately left the parking structure and the college property.

While operating her vehicle, known person became startled from the honking of another vehicle's horn. This caused the person to unintentionally drive over the curb, striking a small tree and two shrubs. This further cause damaged to the person's vehicle, the left side outside rear view mirror. No injuries were sustained.
