Synopsis of Incident

Male entered Bookstore alone.  He teamed up with two females. While inside of the Bookstore, unknown male removed 3 textbooks from the shelves, a travel drive and weekly organizer from the display rack, placing all items inside of his backpack.  College Public Safety was summoned.  Bookstore manager and College Safety approached the male, demanded he place all items (Bookstore unpaid items) from his backpack.  At this time a female fell to the floor, requesting help.  After all items were returned to the Bookstore, both females were escorted to their vehicle, while the male fled from the location on foot, eastbound.

Synopsis of Incident:

While in the parking lot, College Public Safety observed a student staggering, appearing to need medical attention.  Upon approaching the student, the student was falling to the ground.  College Public Safety prevented the student from falling to the ground.  Student indicated that he was in need of medical attention.  9-1-1/Fire Department was summoned and responded.  Student was conveyed to Del Webb Hospital.

While inside of the computer classroom, one student was reading out loud to two other students, being disruptive to the classroom.  Another student requested the students to stop.  A heated verbal confrontation ensued. No physical activities occurred. The location Coordinator was notified.

Employees reported to location to store college property.  Employee requested the unknown person operating a Mercedes/ML320/Red with Wisconsin license plates, to move his vehicle.  The driver refused to move his vehicle and became verbally abusive towards the employee.  College Public Safety responded, no police summoned.  The driver had left the area.

On September 28, 2012, tenant of the college property notified the district office regarding a possible theft of college property.  On October 3, 2012, Rio Salado College was not aware of the possible theft, summoned the police department after discovering the theft of (a) 25 feet of copper wire from the southside of building 2, and 18 feet of copper wire from the northside of building 1.

Synopsis of Incident

Unidentified white male and female entered the Bookstore.  While inside of the Bookstore, the unidentified white male removed five textbooks from the shelves, while the unidentified white female appeared to be the "Look out person."  After the unidentified white male concealed the textbooks inside of his clothing, they walked out of the Bookstore, fled the building.
