Synopsis of Incident
Known student reported to college for class. Student informed College Safety Officer that he (student) was not feeling well and that his blood sugar exceeded 400. He (student) stated that he have not taken his medication, because he could not afford it. Paramedics were summoned. Student refused to be transported, as directed by the paramedics.
