Contract Cleaners for the Avondale location discovered 5 rear window panels shattered. Public Safety Aides reported to the location. There was no signs of entry into the building. Cleaning personnel had also discovered BBs outside on the sidewalk. The Avondale Police Department and Rio Salado Maintenance & Operations was notified.

After conducting college business, known person was walking to his vehicle,
when he began to experience a shortness of breathe. Known person returned to
the building, entered the restroom. A short time later, the known person was
resting in the chair outside of the restroom. College Public Safety reported to
the location. Known person refused medical attention. The family member was
summoned, reported to the location and picked up the known person.

While inside of the Testing Center, and being provided with instructions and requirements for the course, known student experienced a medical challenge (dry mouth, numb hands and teeth, and pounding chest). Student went to the women's restroom. Student returned to the Testing Center. Student was shaking. A short time later, the student stated that she was okay and left the building. Student refused medical attention.

Student traveled down the south area stairs, while looking back, the individual was peering through the tree branches. College Public Safety were summoned. Unknown person then armed himself with a large river rock and intentionally removed a piece of metal from the building's frame.
