Synopsis of Incident
Student secured his bicycle on the bicycle rack, which is located just north of the main entrance. While student was inside of building, unknown person (s) forced the lock from the bicycle rack and took same without permission. The camera view was unable to identify the suspect. Student refused to report theft to police department.
