Synopsis of Incident:
While walking towards the front entry door of the Hohokam Building, known
person unintentionally tripped and fell to the ground. The person's shoe heel
(2 inches) caught into the cuff of her pant leg, causing her to fall to the
ground, injuring her right knee. Person refused medical attention.
