Synopsis of Incident
Medical-Employee Fall
Employee was sitting in a college chair while at the front desk area. The employee leaned back in the chair, the wheel of the chair gave way, causing the employee to fall out of the chair. The employee struck his head. Employee indicated that he did not injury himself in any way from the fall.
