Synopsis of Incident
The south hall area pipe above the ceiling tiles ruptured, causing contents
to leak and fall to the general area of the building. Maintenance &
Operations notified and responded. The building was closed. One employee
reported medical sickness. He was treated and released from his personal
medical physician.
