Synopsis:
Suspect entered the building, approached the front desk. While at the front desk, suspect reached over the front desk counter and took without permission the personal property of an employee. The employee did not give permission for anyone to remove the cellular device from the front desk. Suspect walked from location to an awaiting vehicle, and fled.
