Synopsis
While inside of the Knowledge Commons, Tutoring, known student became angry, argumentative, and disruptive with department employees, when he did not get the tutor, which he requested. Public Safety was summoned/ responded. Known student calmed down and was allowed by department staff to remain, to receive tutoring.
