Synopsis of Incident

Known person entered the Bookstore and took without permission 2-textbooks.  This known person concealed the textbooks underneath his clothing, and left the Bookstore without attempting to purchase the items.  College Public Safety responded, located and identified the person, summoning the police.  Police responded, arrested the person.

Synopsis of Incident

While operating vehicle, the unknown driver entered the parking area while operating the vehicle in a reckless and careless fashion.  The vehicle was traveling at a high rate (unsafe) of speed.  While operating the vehicle in this reckless and careless fashion, driver nearly struck an individual in the parking lot.
