Synopsis of Incident

Known student presented hostile actions towards an employee in the library. The actions consisted of facial mannerisms and hand gestures, which were intended to intimidate and to disturb the peace and quietness of the library.  The student was also involved in another college situation, a couple days prior.

Synopsis of Incident

Student left personal cellular phone unattended inside of classroom.  Upon the return to the classroom, student discovered the cellular phone stolen.  Student did not give anyone permission to move or take the cellular phone.  Student refused to have police summoned.

Synopsis of Incident

 Prospective student arrived late for the GED Orientation.  Upon her arrival, the prospective student was refused admittance into the GED Orientation.  Prospective student became upset.  Prospective student became loud and disorderly, disturbing the peace and quietness of the building, which was disruptive to the learning environment.  While leaving the building, the prospective student intentionally dumped a cup of coffee onto the floor.

Synopsis of Incident

While conducting a morning assessment, College Public Safety Officer observed what appeared to be fecal matter (human waste) in the southeast area of the property, nearest the building.  This has been an ongoing problem for several months (nearly a year).  Police were summoned.
