Synopsis of Incident

Unknown person entered the private dining area. While inside of the area, unknown person entered an area specifically designated for Cafe employees. Unknown person began utilizing their laptop computer. When requested to leave the area, unknown person began to boldly and agressively beg for money. Unknonwn person fled the area.

Known student unintentionally left his cellular phone in the men's restroom, located on the second floor. The unknown person took without permission the cellular phone of a student.  Cellular phone is described as 1-HTC OneX, T-Mobile.

Known person intentionally continue to place harassing telephone calls to employee, with the purpose of harassing. Employee previously shared with caller that she requested the telephone calls to stop. Known person refused to stop the telephone calls. Police were summoned.
