Synopsis of Incident:

A burning odor of electrical wires was detected on the 5th floor of the Tower building.  Stage lights were found still on in the area.  They were unplugged.  An investigation by Maintenance and Operations personnel found no known cause for the odor.

Synopsis of Incident

Vandalism of a phone junction box and a concrete trash receptacle occurred. The phone junction box had its cover removed and the trash receptacle knocked over. Police were notified.

Synopsis of Incident:

A report was made of a burning odor on the fifth floor of the Tower building, classroom #515.  A check of the area found a faint odor near the vent and that the fan was making noise.  Maintenance and Operations was notified.  No malfunction or cause of odor was found.

Synopsis of Incident:

An armored truck backed into the Library drop box. The drop box is located on the west side of the Tower building adjacent to the parking garage. Damage consisted dents to the lockbox and broken bolts.
