Synopsis of Incident
A person was found in the west parking area of the Northern location suffering
from a drug overdose. Paramedics were called and responded. The victim was
combative during treatment by paramedics. Phoenix Police were notified and
responded to assist. The victim had to be placed in handcuffs to for treatment. The victim was transported by ambulance where the victim
subsequently died. The victim was neither a staff member or student.
