Synopsis of Incident
The elevator inside of the Tower Building stopped between the first floor and the second floor, causing
one employee to become trapped inside. The 9-1-1 call was placed. Tempe Fire
Department responded. The Tempe Fire Department members were able to lower a ladder between the floors, allowing the employee to climb from the elevator.
