Synopsis of Incident
Employee injured his right fifth finger while moving computers from the
storage area. His finger was pressed between the computer and the college
vehicle, causing a laceration on the finger. Employee was conveyed to medical
facility by a department employee. Industrial Report was prepared by department
supervisor.
